We are a team in life and in photography. We work together as two photographers and sometimes more like one. We speak in short hand, in nods and smiles, and know what the other is thinking. We are for each other and our clients. We work to tell the real and true side of each of our couples' love story, and we also love to add a hint of fairy tale to each wedding day. We celebrate love, the beginning of a couple's story, and the journey they will take together in life.

Matthew Yorke About

This moment happened just as the sun peeked from behind the clouds giving the perfect backlighting and texture to the red rocks of the New Brunswick shoreline. Rebekah and Mike's wedding day was a lovely one, and this photograph summarizes the gentle magic of the day perfectly!

'I don't believe in magic.'
The young boy said.
The old man smiled.
'You will, when you see her.'
~Atticus

We snuck out of the reception to chase the light to the edge of a field, and with the joy that comes from mixing perfect light with forever-love we caught this magical moment of a boy smiling at his girl.

As the sun set just before the bride and groom were to head into their reception, we had to get "one more shot" on this hill! The clouds were so perfect for an image like this!

We were drawn to this location by the natural arch in the tree, the photo came together because of the texture of the pebbles and the way the river’s tumultuous nature juxtaposed the peacefulness of the couple.

Seconds before the sun dipped below the horizon, we wanted to capture the dramatic sky and use the ripples of the water to lead your eye to the couple’s sweet embrace

The groom is a pilot in the airforce he wanted to incorporate that into his wedding photos. The couple has had to spend a lot of time apart while he is on duty, and I love that this captures the kiss goodbye feel; she is holding on to his jacket almost as if she is not wanting to let go. The sun-soaked look of the photo gives this a vintage, almost timeless feel; we just love how it came together.
