Ze Weng Wong

Perth (Australia)

Originally from Batu Pahat Johore, I moved to Perth in the 90s. Passionate shooter, loves to enjoy life and making friends. I believe being a photographer has given me a lot of insight to people's lives and being fortunate to showcase their love on a photograph is the ultimage and to be able to create something for someone to cherish forever.

Ze Weng Wong About

Tony & Vivian Both were the wonderful couple and gave me the creative freedom to do what I love most and passionate about without any limitations. I took the opportunity to capture their wedding shoot at a brand new beautiful Elizabeth Quay in Perth, Western Australia. Being a newly developed architectural piece of Perth City I had to take the opportunity to create a unique photo especially for them. This photo was taken on the bridge as the two bold steel arches meet in the middle. It was a lot of challenge as it was cold and windy. I shot them with two sets of Speedlight and had to capture them with limited time as the sunlight was diminishing. The outcome was straight out of the camera with some lightroom fine tuning and colour adjustments.

Ze Weng Wong About

Thanks to Tony & Vivian for being such wonderful couple to work with. Everything was perfect! The lighting was where i needed them to be, the skies were fabulous, the accent colours lighting on the steel arches from the Elizabeth Quay bridge and i just couldn't be happier that this fantastic newly built location will be one of my favourite spots. Could not have done it without the trust of my clients to be able to all these creative shots.

Ze Weng Wong About

The photo was taken at the beautiful iconic location at Indiana Tea House on Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia. Beautiful couple Vicki & Harto flew in from Bali Indonesia and the weather could not have been better condition for this image. I backlight the couple on my Canon 600EX-RT to balance the couple from the foreground and background. I love this shot for its simplicity.
