The weather was over 100 degrees on Shelly and Will's wedding day and Will requested that we take many of their wedding portraits indoors so he could remain cool. We were taking some creative photos in an elevator when I saw this opportunity. Their love really shines through in this triple reflection.

This styled shoot was a thing of dreams. An ethereal picnic theme, Kati and Mat created epic shots in every location we went. Mat's Black Tux maroon suit complimented her peach layered gown. Even with a 12 foot train, Kati and Mat's love was the true focal point of this gorgeous shoot. We were honored to photograph their wedding three years ago and even more grateful they were willing to model for us now!

This was taken moments after Rachelle and Richard had their first look. A true candid, they couldn't help but smile every time they looked at one another throughout the day.

Amelia and Noah had the most gorgeous May wedding day. Cool and cloudy, the sun came through right when we started their bride and groom portraits. You have to love it when mother nature cooperates :)

Taken at Lake Cumberland, this small staircase leads to a hidden dock behind Lure Lodge. Alex was leading Stephanie down to the lake when I saw this photo op.

A drone shot can never do you wrong, especially when you celebrate with your bridal party. This shot was taken right before Noah and Amelia walked into their reception.

When Gabbi suggested a white, black, and red theme for her engagement photos, I didn't realize she had the horse to match. Gale, the spotted beauty in the photo, behaved magnificently following them around from location to location. When the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky glowed a smooth orange complimenting Gabbi's skin tone. This whole session was a dream.

With a ceremony site that was rained out with torrential downpours, I knew I wanted to get a shot of the brides in front of the fountain where they should have said their I Do's.

Morgan and Shelby's engagement session was held at a local park designed by the same landscape architect as New York City's Central Park. This spot took some hiking in order to get to the right vantage point.

The owner of this horse told us he never came near people. When we approached though, instead of running, he wanted to be part of the action. I love how this photo encompasses the idea of "1, 2, 3, say cheese."

Our bride Kyla wanted to take a private moment during her day to really soak in how beautiful she felt. I think this conveys it perfectly :)

At Sanctuary Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic they have an indoor waterfall flowing inside the walls of the castle... (yes there’s a castle where you can stay). I knew I wanted to incorporate the falling water but still remain focused on Kyla and Shane. The result was more than I could have hoped for.
