Rob and Kat's passion is paintball, so we decided to do their engagement session on the paintball field. We had complete access to his favorite field and had a blast.

Marina and Davina love Michael Jackson, so I played MJ on my phone for the 2nd half of their engagement session. We couldn't stop dancing and laughing, making their session way more special and my job much easier. They wanted some epic shots by the river (their special getaway spot), and were ecstatic to see the results. This is one of my favorites from the session.

Shelby and Eric are obsessed with redwoods, and now, so am I! This was taken minutes away from where the Russian River ends in the Pacific ocean, literally off the side of the road. I got on my belly for a lower view angel and popped a CTO gel against the trunk of a huge tree to isolate the couple.

We made Cheyenne and Michael's fairy tale feel become a reality. I placed a trifold mirror under my lens and changed the white balance in the post to create this magical scene.

Ashley and Mathieu turned their engagement session into a maternity session, and the results came out better than we could have imagined. The golden hour light on the northern California coast is impossible to beat. The cliffside views from Jenner, CA are a dream to shoot in.
