I love to capture moments that occur when people think you are not watching - the natural, real, just let yourself go moments when you just can’t help it.

Daniel Burton Photography is my brand. I do mostly weddings, but also portraits, and bit if commercial work too.

Based in and covering the whole of the UK as well as destination weddings.

Always on the lookout for an opportunity and to collaborate.

Hanbury Barns wedding venue, England, UK and a lovely day during the golden hour. I lit this with x2 off camera flash for a bit of fill on Nelle + Ben, and another just in front of me with a magmod red gel on to enhance the red leaves that I shot through.

Hanbury Barns wedding venue, England, UK and one of the things I've been trying this year to inject more fun into the group shots. Without any warning, when doing this I simply said..

"right, now what I'd like you to do after 3, is all jump, and look at the camera... are you ready?? (some laughing and looks of confusion!) 3, 2, 1, JUMP!"

You either get a jumps followed by laughing and silliness, so some funny reaction to you request! Apparently jumping in high heels isn't all that easy for some!?!?! LOL, who knew!

What a great wedding at Tissington Hall, UK!
When I decided to do this prosecco shot outside Sir Richard's front door, maybe looking back the loud singing of Avicci, Levels as they fizzed the prosecco wasn't very thoughtful! My fault. My suggestion, but sorry, not sorry we had a mini rave on your doorstep that bagged a Wedaward! We had fun! Thank you!

x3 Flashes to light this one and x2 magmod maggels.

The epic Tipis at Whatton House, UK, with some amazing singing waiters doing their routine.

Can you guess what song they were singing that involved a lift?

Tossing the bouquet! Not something I get to photograph very often! The last few have been great with every unmarried person gathered, it was nice to see some enthusiastic guys going all out for the win!

...

The Ashes Barn, UK on a very dull and rainy day - that did not stop us getting some shots with the umbrella. This one was actually a test shot I did while I was setting up the lights (which is why they aren't touching) but I still love it!

In true brit fashion, it's always tea time! A well trained friends delivering the brides essential tipple while we were out doing couples portraits at The Donington Park Farmhouse, UK.

When you're shooting a wedding at the legendary Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, you know it's going to be good! What I didn’t expect was how popular the song "Vindaloo" still is in the UK!? Packed dancefloor! Love it!

An amazing day at Cockliffe House, Nottingham, UK, with Amanda + George. I saw this mirror during the day and had this idea. A Magmod magenta gel behind them on the wall outside and down the corridor. A blue / cyan gel pointing up at the mirror, and I was inside and up the corridor so I could see them in the mirror. Very happy with the result!

Typical British winter weather. Rain! So we got outside in it with my trusty AD200 and a big white umbrella.

Shot at The New Bath Hotel in Matlock, Derbyshire, UK.

A November wedding at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa, Stoke, UK just before the daylight went.

x1 AD200 behind taken from across the water with my Canon 24-70mm F2.8. I was going for a silouhette, then changed my mind after I saw the light spill round to the front enough to show the couple.

One amazing day at The White Hart, Moorwood Moor, UK. This photo taken during the golden hour captures these guys to a tee! Such a fun day, full of laughter!
