I have had a lifelong love of the arts and photography. For the past 12 years I have been capturing beautiful moments for Brides & Grooms on their big day. From the unique connection you share to your crazy dance moves and everything in between!

I love the play of lines and light in this staircase and had fun finding the perfect angles for this shot but the authentic smiles brings so much more out of this photo.

Keisha & Brandon were married in this stunning old church with these incredible stained glass windows. The warm lighting hitting Keisha's profile and neckline is my favourite part of this image!

This photo was shot at Pine and Pond Wedding Venue in Alberta, Canada. There is a beautiful trail that runs along a pond and the light coming from the water was just stunning. We created some lovely portraits with that great dramatic side lighting!

This couple flew into Alberta from the states for a mountain adventure session and a wedding in the Groom's home town. We reached this destination after a short hike and the misty clouds only sprinkled on us until the end of session when they started to really open up. This was just as we got the last bits of peaking sun with some light showers so we pulled out this cute clear umbrella for the last few shots.

I love shooting in minimalistic or geometric locations and trying to create additional interest through expression or movement. Everything came together for this shot of my stunning bride, Aimee. The dramatic lighting, the bride's gorgeous gown, her smile and the wind that lifted her veil!

As soon as I saw this lovely little green hill at the ceremony site I knew it would a great place for a moving portrait of the couple. We got lucky with the wispy clouds and diffused sunlight that afternoon and I decided to create dramatic silhouette!

A lot of couples request a shot of the bride being picked up my the groomsmen but we decided flip the script and have the bridesmaids pick up the groom. Once I could see their grasp was slipping I kept on shooting as I knew that even though it wouldn't end well for Bryan, it would result in a very comical, candid photograph. There was lots of laughter after the groom fell flat on his face but Bryan was a great sport through it all!

In trying to find a way to create a ring shot that was extraordinary I decided to get a totally different perspective and lay down on the ground!

This photograph captures a spontaneous moment between shots. As I was setting up a different shot that I had pictured in my head of the bride and groom under the veil, the couple began to laugh and share an intimate moment. I don't know if the couple remember what they were laughing about, but I hope that this photograph will forever remind them of the fun they had on their wedding day.
