Chicago IL - Summer 2021.
A bunch of creatives from around the country had the pleasure of coming together and doing a bunch of shoots together. This was one of the shoots we did together. I wanted to use the parasols in a creative way, so why not create a forced perspective and frame the couple between the two!
Destination weddings are always a blast especially when your couple is down for anything! Shooting around Covington, KY was a blast. This church made for the perfect backdrop and actually the groom was the one who chose it.

Truly awesome shooting there!
Abia & Jose's engagement session was more than I could have imagined. We took an unconventional turn on this session and we worked with a '59 historic car. Sunset silhouettes are some of my favorite shots to take, but to do it with a twist is always fun.

Liberty State Park - June 2021.
This was one of those sessions whereas a photographer from the North East you only dream about photographing. This was sunrise at the Bonneville Salt Flats that was taken in March 2021 when a few friends and I went on a 2 week trip across the western United States.
It was about 29ยบ outside when we shot this. With the clean horizon line and the sun rising above it, I knew I wanted some sort of walking shot along that plane. I told Andrea & Jacob to walk parallel to me and at a slow pace. I popped a 35mm on it and took my shot! This was by far my favorite image from this portion of the session!
I am a sucker for a good silhouette and sick reflections. This was taken at Papago Park in Phoenix Arizona in March 2021. The sun was setting behind the rocks and I could see how the trees were darkened by the light behind them. This was a good 3-minute walk from where we were but I knew that I wanted to get this shot before the sun went down too far.
I wanted to make it look like it was one continuous shot from top to bottom. Getting the trees to line up perfectly in the mirror definitely presented some challenges. I am super stoked that this shot worked out as well as it did! One of my favorite photos of this trip.
