Love is often found in the simplest moments. As Menelaos carried Evangelia through a quiet summer evening, their laughter spoke louder than words. Free from posed expressions and guided only by genuine emotion, this portrait celebrates the playful side of love—the kind that turns ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.
It’s not just a piece of jewelry. It’s the moment when “Do you want it?” became “Forever.” And somewhere between a kiss and an autumn leaf, Voula and Vasilis relive the beginning of their story in Aidonia, Samos.
“The power of cascading water meets the serenity of love. A composition that contrasts the force of nature with the calm intimacy of the couple, creating a timeless image of balance and emotion.”
As the day came to an end, Menelaos and Evangelia stood hand in hand, framed only by the silhouettes of ancient trees and the fading light. Without the need for expressions or gestures, their connection became the true focus of the image. This photograph is a reminder that love does not always seek attention—sometimes, it speaks most beautifully through silence, light, and the simple act of walking toward the future together.
There are moments too beautiful to be captured• only felt. This was one of them, where every light became a quiet applause for a love worth celebrating.
Two levels, one story. She in the light, he in the shadows. Between them, just a few meters of stone , in reality, no distance at all. In Ambelo, Samos, the next day became a scene straight out of a movie
A cinematic moment unfolds at sunset, where the bride and groom appear in silhouette, framed naturally by the twisting branches around them.
The warm golden sky creates a romantic glow, while the organic shapes of the foreground add depth, mystery, and a sense of intimacy.
Their faces meet at the heart of the composition, transforming the landscape into a poetic frame for their connection. A story of two people finding each other within the wild beauty of nature.
“A photograph balanced between light and shadow, allowing silence to tell the story. The bride’s silhouette, the dramatic window, and the monochrome palette come together to create a timeless, cinematic moment.”
San galgano abbey after their cermeony. Where the light hit just right through the arches of the roofless abbey. I also married here 4 years earlier.
As the sun gently set behind the trees, Menelaos and Evangelia embraced the beauty of a quiet summer evening. Sharing a glass of wine and a spontaneous smile, they forgot about the camera and simply enjoyed the moment. Surrounded by warm light and nature, this pre-wedding portrait captures the authenticity of their love and the excitement of the journey they are about to begin together.
Moments before we started our hike to the tunnel, a huge storm blew in. There was so much rain! Fortunately, about ten minutes later, the rain stoped as quickly as it stared and we were off to the shooting location. Lighting was perfect, a very cool natural fog rolled through the tunnel, and the mood was on point. Couldn't have asked for a more amazing shooting location and couple.
Engagement photo taken in Southwest Virginia, USA.
Cambridge is such a gorgeous city and Senate Passage is well know. We were lucky to have the street empty and took advantage to grab a photo on the steps by the Senate House
