Thessalian sunset. Riding through the fields, Lefteris and Konstantina turned an ordinary summer evening into a frame filled with freedom, movement and the simple joy of being together.

As the last light of the day embraced the Thessalian plain, Lefteris and Konstantina walked hand in hand through the golden fields. A quiet, fleeting moment of connection, surrounded by nothing but light, warmth and the vastness of their land.

Waterfalls are always a favorite with my couples, and this waterfall in Middle Tennessee did not disappoint! We made our way down to the water's edge after their small intimate elopement at the top of the ridge.

Emily and Kris were still wandering around the summit after their ceremony, stopping to taking in the incredible views at their wedding location. We had already spent the afternoon at Fonta Flora Brewing, hiked up Hawksbill, celebrated with ice cream they carried in insulated containers, and were simply enjoying the last bit of evening light.

Then, almost out of nowhere, the clouds caught fire. The whole sky shifted into this incredible wash of orange and pink, and we had just enough time to make a few portraits before the sun slipped behind the mountains. This frame feels like that exact moment when an already beautiful evening suddenly became something much bigger.

"From the very first moment we met, to this beautiful day, you have been my peace, my joy, and my absolute everything. Holding you close like this feels like holding my entire world in my arms. I cannot wait for all the adventures, laughs, and quiet moments that await us in this next chapter. You will forever be my always, my love."

In this image tried to expand the lines of the silhouettes adding the couple and connected them with a clever pose to add more romantic feeling in to the final image

Emily and Kris spent their August wedding day slowly making their way toward the mountains, beginning with an afternoon at Fonta Flora Brewing before hiking to the summit of Hawksbill for their ceremony. Afterward, we celebrated with ice cream they had packed up the trail in insulated containers and wandered around the summit making portraits as the light continued to change. Just before we headed down, the sun disappeared behind the distant Blue Ridge Mountains and the sky opened into this incredible sunset. I loved the combination of their silhouettes, the lanterns, and that last bit of warm light catching Emily’s dress.

Wrapped in warm backlight and framed by the soft blur of nature, the couple shares a quiet moment of connection. Light filters through the scene, turning an intimate gesture into something almost dreamlike.
