Taken amidst the ravages of Hurricane Matthew on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Kelsey and Justin and I had one more shot in us. I had an assistant on camera right holding an umbrella and I placed a speed light in the groom's hand. We had one take, one shot to get it right. Thank you for the award!

This is one of my favourite images from Alison & Andy's wedding. I seriously felt like we were in some tropical paradise. It was an October wedding so there was a crisp felling in the air, I always love to play with perspective and use as much as the surroundings as possible, which consequently makes the couple look smaller in the frame. Alison and Andy were awesome and they embraced everything I asked them to do!!

At the end of December Tracey and Kelly came all the way from Texas to celebrate their beautiful destination wedding in Tyrol, Austria with their families and closest friends. They chose to party at the outstanding Hospiz Alm in St. Christoph at the Arlberg. Such a gorgeous wedding venue and there they have a huge wine cellar with hundreds of beautiful big wine bottles, that's the spot where we took this photo at the end of their wedding reportage. This magical place is definitely worth a visit when you are in this area next time!
