The venue was absolutely gorgeous. Old stone walls, antique rocking chairs, and of course, gorgeous Texas sunsets. This wonderful couple and I strolled the entire place and had so much fun but this was one of my favorites as to me, I could feel the energy and love shared between them both.

Zoe & Alex are the loveliest gentle couple, their day was truly incredible, filled with so much love and grace. This perfectly matched their Venue, Carlton Towers, a cross between Downton Abby & Hogwarts!! The home of Lord & Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard, who make everyone feel so welcome. What an awesome day we had!! It felt like we were in some kind of movie all day long!! Truly magical.

High school sweethearts Ashley Borden and Kevin Thomas have known each other since 2004 - back when they were in junior high school.

However, it wasn't until senior year of high school, when they joined the same church, that they became very interested in each other.

The young couple decided to make their relationship official on May 16th, 2009. Kevin and Ashley have maintained their relationship even while attending colleges in different states; Kevin was in Kentucky and Ashley was in Ohio.

Their engagement happened on their sixth anniversary. They made a pit stop near a lake on the way to dinner. Ashley became curious after Kevin paid to park. Shortly after exiting the car, they were greeted by a few friends and family members. Without hesitation, Kevin got down on one knee, trembling, trying to remember everything he wanted to say, and simply asked "Will you marry me?"

There engagement session was shot downtown Cleveland, near Lake Erie.

This couple got married on a secluded beach on Zanzibar with no one but their closes friends and family. The bride arrived by ox drawn cart while everyone else had the long walk down to the secret spot. After a beautiful ceremony this sandbank emerged out of the sea and I was able to get this shot of them having their first moments alone as they walked down the paradise sandbank.

I was so honored to photograph this sweet couple! They are both dual military and are currently stationed in two different countries. They also have two beautiful children! The love just radiated from this session! I want to thank them both for their service and sacrifices. This life is not an easy one, even though they sure make it look that way!

Chris & Corrie; this is what should appear when looking up the word Love in a dictionary!

We had the chance of making photo's outdoors in a wonderful natureparc near Genk in Belgium. Just when we're almost finished at this location it started to pour down and thunder was on the way. We had arranged some time at the historical hall of C-mine so we decided to take some more pictures at this former coal mine. This newly wedded love couple fitted so well in the characteristic, old hall, they made me feel as if we had arrived at the 1920s. They danced, laughed and took time to connect deeply in this last 30 minutes before we went back to the party where their guest waited their return. Thankful of their trust in me to capture their honest and authentic selves and what their true love looks like, it's so melancholic to me!

The bride and groom danced by this soft spotlight, and I couldn't see it any other way but in black and white. The final image reflects the soft mood of this moment.

For Dana and Cody, a typical wedding day venue just wouldn't cut the mustard! So this pair found the perfect spot for their winter wedding at this ski resort in Pennsylvania! Surrounded by an amazing bridal party of 16, their creative session was definitely one of our all-time faves! Tell us and this fun-loving couple what you think of their Winter Wonderland Wedding!

This photo is really special because it was raining heavily when we arrived at the blue boathouse and just as we were preparing to shoot, the rain clouds blew over and we managed to get this photo half in the rain and half clear blue skies!

On our way from an island to another island in the Philippines, the sun came out, the water was super glassy. The boat captain was standing where the couple is standing in this photo, and what I saw was so heavenly. I asked the captain to stop the boat for us, and I asked the couple to stand on the nose of the boat, and just listen to the nature together. The weather was perfect on this day; the colors of the water and the sky were so beautiful. What a perfect day for a journey, as the first day of their life-long voyage together.

This photograph was taken the day after Joanna and Mark's wedding at the Blue Palace luxury resort and spa in Crete. I suggested that we go shoot a selection of portraits the day after their wedding to maximise the resorts beauty and this image was taken during our last shoot location of the day. As soon as she jumped into the pool and started to swim around it reminded me of a bond movie, I love the whole set of these which ended with Jo walking up the steps and out of the swimming pool. Another one of their wedding photographs won an award in Collection 2 so feel free to check it out on my profile.

Taken as part of a set of destination bridal portraits in Venice, Italy. This image is a few years old now but it's still one of my most favourites, I adore the pose and I think we maximised the little space we had on the gondola to great effect.
