Talk about saving the best for last. This was the last picture we got of our lucky couple on their wedding day. I got excited when I saw this cool night lights that serve as sort of tunnel and just had to get this shot. Although this meant taking them out of the wedding party for a couple of minutes but luckily they were gracious enough and loved the end result.
Shooting rings are often a sort of monotony. You find them at each wedding even though they are different. The challenge is to be able to have different compositions and ideas to bring to life this object which symbolizes lifetime commitment.

After the ceremony, Penina and Seth spent some time outside with me for some photos. This was one of the photos from the set of images.
They hiked with us 2,5 kilometers to have this view in their wedding pictures! Top of that, during these portraits, they practically stood top of the nest of flying ants. And there were a lot of ants. A lot.
This picture was taken during the mass at the church. The light suddenly began to illuminate the bride's face and dress. I didn't have much time to do my adjustments and shoot. It was a pretty incredible moment!
I thought the perfect couple only exist in books and movies, but that changed after I met you.....
The couples that are meant to be, are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart and come out even stronger than they were before.
This amazing wedding at Aynhoe Park was one of my favorites. The lighting set up for the first dance here was unreal! A complete photographers' dream.

Fall into love with someone who will know your favorite color, who loves how you laugh,
who knows exactly how you like your coffee, who will put his head on your chest only to hear your heartbeat
and who wants to wake up with you every single day of his life.

Near the end of the reception, during a break in dance sets, I offered to take the bride and groom outside under the night sky.
At the end of a long day, and after so many hours in the high energy ballroom,
they seemed to value sharing a few quiet moments together, away from friends and family.
I only ask them to fall into each other's arms, backlight them, step away to give them space, then try to capture the scene.
If I gave this photo a title, it would be "Kristen and Greg’s Midsummer Night’s Dream!"
Cat balances two opposite things always good and bad, light and dark, ups and downs. Right now our world is going through the same emotional trauma.
We couldn’t have ever pictured this so well.
