Angelos Karydas was born in 1981 in Epirus and lived there during his teenage years. He studied Electrical Engineering in Central Greece and completed his studies in Warsaw expanding his knowledge on digital graphic arts.
He took his first steps to become familiar with the technical side of photography at Stereosis in Thessaloniki. He was involved in street photography, landscape and portraiture.
He loved the darkroom and black and white film and was crazy about color. He took part in competitions and was distinguished for his works.
With more than 10 years of experience, he is now a distinguished Destination Wedding Photographer based in Thessaloniki, traveling all over Greece and the world.
He always undertakes personally the photographic coverage of the preparation of the groom, the bride, the mystery, the reception and the artistic photography of the couple.
The spur-of-the-moment decision by Kostas to pick up Marianna on the Harley from her parents' house and drive her to the church was not only against tradition but also a delightful surprise for me. This rock couple, whom I had the honor of meeting, amused me with their spontaneity, and all their joy was beautifully captured in my photos.
