What started as a rainy day at the Historic Bell Hill Bed + Breakfast in Southern Illinois, ended with an absolutely beautiful Sunset. It was the middle of Kenji + Stephanie's wedding reception and I knew we couldn't pass up this gorgeous painted sky... so I snuck them out and I sent them off dancing.
Katka and Lubos invited us to take some pictures in Dubai where they live. One day we took a photography trip to Oman. After long and very hot day full of shooting just before we were leaving we saw this beautiful piece of rock and breath taking sunset. We had to stop and take more pictures. Katka was very brave, she climbed up in wedding dress and she did everything we asked her for. It was unbelievable, even the wind cooperated. We love this photo and we will never forget this lovely moments we have experienced.
The Couple I had an honour of photographing on their wedding day met at a tango class, and just as in tango, their feelings quickly started to evolve into passionate and tender love.
The day of the photo shoot was the only sunny day between many wet ones. I had a lot of fun capturing the tango poses on Vancouver's most beautiful beach, as well as candid moments from the event.
The traditional Chinese red wedding dress was absolutely spectacular and I could not stop admiring how gorgeous the Bride looked. I am sure the Groom thought so too, as I have zero photos of him not gazing at his Wife.

This photo was taken in the plantation gardens in Norwich, Norfolk in the UK! Such a beautiful location. Katy and Kurt Grimmette had a lovely ceremony followed by a walk through these gardens with plenty of photo opportunities. I love the happiness and love that shines through this photo and the added bonus of the sun streaks just made it even more special! I loved every second of this shoot and the newlyweds were so natural to capture. Sometimes the sun can be a photographers worst nightmare but it can also be an extremely creative and helpful assistant. Nothing makes me happier than working together with nature and this photograph demonstrates what I love about the art of photography.
Set at the enchanted Oheka Castle in Long Island NY I decided to try something different as the bride walked down the aisle. Set 3 stories up shooting down I was able to capture this precious birds eye view of the flower girls and ring bear running down the aisle.
Every bride takes careful consideration into what veil they are going to wear on their wedding day. I like to capture it in such a way that she remembers it forever. Let the veil do what it wants...
When we found this mansion in downtown Toronto, this shot was begging to be taken! Dancing came naturally with Andrea and Alistair. Thank you guys for this wonderful shot!
Elia and Calvin is such a cute couple, you can't help but adore how they are together. Calvin's interest in architecture fitted perfectly with this background - a harmony between the grandeur and cuteness!
This is Alex + Mike! A hilarious and sweet couple who’s wedding I get the pleasure of shooting at the Santa Barbara courthouse later this year. Because they’re getting married in the famous “Mural Room” (AMAZING!) it only seemed fitting we capture their engagement photos around some of the gorgeous local murals around Honolulu’s Kaka’ako district.
Derrick & Abigail asked me to take them wherever I pleased. They just wanted some special images so I took them to a little suburban nature trail next to a freeway. It goes to show that no matter where you are, if you have the right light and composition you can turn the ordinary into a fairytale.
