Beam me up Scotty!
The first thing a close friend said to me when he saw this picture was;
David, did you actually take this picture on board of the Starship Enterprise?
Well it’s fair to say this friend of mine has a special kind of humor, but when you look at this picture for the first time and with a fresh pair of eyes you could say it actually does have “A space Odyssey 2010” look, to it.
Anyway this picture was taking just minutes before the bride and groom took their wedding vows, and I just can’t stop thinking how peaceful and lovely they look in this image. True love does exist, when you look at these two love birds.

A little crazy thing called love
Well I guess there’s nothing really much to say about this picture, except for the fact that we all had great laughs taking/making it. Off course we had several practice runs before taking the actual picture, and believe me we never stopped laughing not even for a minute. I think we're all going to remember this actual moment for a really long time. I don’t really know why but I think I’m gonna call this one “A little crazy thing called love!” ,...it just feels right! :-)

This picture was taken after a wedding in the wedding hall.
My main focus was to get a picture that tells a story to commemorate the beautiful Indian traditional wedding.
The Elephant God statue is just not to create a picture, it is to create a divine feeling of the picture..
Thanks Judges for the award and congratulations to all the great entries.
It is definitely the best motivation to my career progression..

I shot this lovely couple at one of the oldest houses in downtown Amman/Jordan. The colors of the walls, doors and tiles gave the shoot a vintage feel. Was for sure one of my favorite shoots!

This shot was taken a couple of hours after the ceremony. We were at Suomenlinna. This is a little island in Finland. A truly beautiful island. The weather was cold, cloudy and a little windy, but suddenly the sun came to us and offered truly beautiful light and of course, the bride was wonderful. I love these moments.

This was a Sikh Wedding in Toronto Canada and Vikas (the groom) had surprised his bride, Bharvi, with a vintage Bentley to pick them up after their wedding ceremony. We went to the Humber Arboretum in Toronto for their post-ceremony photo session, and the classic car was the perfect pairing for their old school type of love.

Right before this image was taken, we took some pics while I was in the backseat and they were in the front seats. I loved how the vintage interior was, and I noticed how the front seats were curved and almost created a wave like line, leading up to the front passenger window. While I remained seated in the backseat, I directed them to go right outside that window, and we took a series of shots with both them and the interior of the car in the frame. Some with them just looking at each other, and then this one with them going in for a kiss. I love moments right before the touch of the kiss, as I was able to capture in this one! Thanks so much for selecting this image for the 16th Collection!

Beauty in women takes on many levels, one is the beauty of care & compassion...our bride Ghalia had her first experience riding a horse, and what i love about this photo is the moment when you see a new friendship being born! Congratulations to Ghalia & Mustafa

I'm in Amsterdam, but with every couple I start with a large environmental shot of the location and work my way down to a detail closeup using the exact same pose and very little movement from my couple.

This was a beautiful destination wedding in Central France. We just headed for the couples pictures and as we came back, under the rain, the sky let some sun shine and we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow!

A December wedding last year saw me shooting a wedding at Brooklands Museum. A really unusual setting of planes and cars as well as Concorde. The couple chose to actually have two ceremonies in the day, one non legal for all of the wedding party and one legal on Concorde itself as this only fits a certain number of people.

Due to it being December and the timings of two ceremonies, we did not have a lot of time for the couple shots and group shots before we started loosing the light. But on the way through to the next location, we were able to just get the sunset going down through the wheels of Concorde.

Completely in love with Gosia and Conrad as a couple. They had their sights set on their couple shots showcasing lots of London landmarks, but that would not be achievable time wise around central london between their ceremony and Dinner. As they really wanted these location, they ended up splitting their day over two days. This was the getting ready, ceremony and dinner on one weekend and a few weekends later we set to doing their couple shots, with a 4am start for Sunrise. But completely worth it.

This photo was taken in Styria a federal state in Austria.
Next to the church were cows on a pasture, as the bridal couple is very natural, this was just the right place for us to create a few beautiful bridal photos.
