In most of my images I just try to let God's creation speak for itself. This is a perfect example as I haven't actually done anything except place Ed and Jo in the highest point I can, shooting with a cooler magenta white balance and exposing for the gorgeous sun-kissed clouds.

This image was taken during a rare sunset in summer at Mosmans Restaurant (Mosman Park, Western Australia). Guy and Kerrie had already entered their reception and I was watching the sunset time as rain clouds started covering the sky. The sun is actually setting behind me and as it went down it filled the sky with deep oranges and reds. I quickly grabbed the couple and we rushed to the jetty to create this.

Everyone got wet in this picture and the sun was going down fast at this point, but it was a lot of fun and worth the effort. It is great to work with such patient, kind people.

This couple let me decided which beach to shoot at, so I wanted to go explore an unusual beach where no one is around. We were the only people on this secret beach with beautiful water - this scenery was all for themselves! With her favorite flower Protea, her favorite person on the earth, she looked very happy. How he looked at her in a gentle way throughout our photo shoot showed how much he loved her deeply.

This photo was taken at the beautiful Castillo de San Felipe del Morro in San Juan Puerto Rico. I waited until the sun set just enough behind the clouds, so that I could emphasize the subject's beautiful profile. When I had her drop her lens facing shoulder, down and back, her stunning profile matched the drama of her surroundings.

Jessica and Ricky contacted me for an epic adventure wedding session in Hawaii. They planned to visit 5 of our gorgeous islands.. I recommended we start at sunrise on top of Maui's dormant volcano, Haleakala. Haleakala which means "House of the Sun" is also known as the Heart Chakra of the earth. It is said to hold a resonance of 7.8 which is the exact frequency of our hearts and the natural state of earth. A very special place indeed!

Jessica + Ricky's adventure wedding session took us to many amazing places around Maui, ending here in Hana at the gorgeous red sand beach. They embraced cliff side as the winds whipped Jessica's stunning dress around. Romantic indeed!
