This was the last wedding I was privileged to capture on 14th March 2020, just days before the world paused in lockdown!
The bride and groom had just left the ceremony room ahead of their guests, poured a glass of champagne each when they were suddenly reunited with their daughter who's face lit up, brilliantly imitating her mothers' joyful expression.
Taken during a Game of Thrones-themed wedding at The Bay Tree Hotel, Burford in the beautiful Cotswolds. The hotel is very intimate and has a beautiful walled garden which was the perfect place for 5 minutes of reflection time away from guests.
The most beautiful pictures are created when the bride and groom do not even know that they are being photographed. Like this couple in a tropical setting.
I loved to photograph this couple in the City of London close to Sant's Paul Cathedral and this spot was perfect to tell the story of their love.
2 rings make one of the most powerful and symbolic icons of a wedding. The ring has no end, it is eternal and can never be broken. If a wedding day tells the story, then what shape would 2 rings make on a wedding story?
| HAMSSIKA & RAVIKANT | Good Light- Composition & Moment – if u can bring in all three together then I think we will win hearts. As a wedding photographer, I'm privileged to witness such moments where others fail to.
Aynhoe Park is a stunning setting for a wedding. And this one was no exception, with the party in full swing it was lovely to take the bride and groom off to enjoy the crisp Autumn sunset for a private moment.
I adore this portrait, I'm always fascinated with the edge of mirrors and the effect they can produce in camera and I think this works beautifully here. This portrait was taken shortly before the Indian ceremony, the wedding venue is The Fennes in Essex, UK.
This is one of my favourites. It reminds me so much the privilege of being a photographer and be able to capture and share emotions. This daddy is so proud of her daughter getting married. It has been raining all the week through and on this day, we had a bright and beautiful sunny day. Her mom looking on her from above is surely dancing with the angels and is so proud of her.
Just the two of us!
The perfect wind came at the perfect moment, on this bride and groom shoot, with the warm sun of the Golden Hour...
We love the entirety of the photo, the mistery behind it and their complicity...
I got this shot just as Naomi and Daniel were walking in for the dance, it just looked like a cool image to take. This was the last wedding before the lockdown and the lighting makes it feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel.
This is an adventure we embark upon for rest of our lives with no safety precautions but lots of love It was night time and after all the fun, we made sure we go out and sense the freedom and fresh air with each other. After a lot of if and but we got it . We got a click that shows just what we wanted to show.
