This unexpected rain shower resulted in 2 very wet photographers and a blown speedlight but consider it worth the sacrifice. Taken at the stunning Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hatfield Heath.
This photo was taken during a lovely English summer sunset earlier this year. Layla and Ben Whisker were an absolute delight to photograph and their wedding was super fun! I really enjoy the editing process that goes into shoots like these. Transforming a simple photograph into a piece of art is so satisfying!
The bride is a professional modern dancer in New York.
She began training as a girl in Fort Wayne, Indiana along side the women holding her train.
I wanted to incorporate their special three decade connection into our iconic New York rooftop kiss.
It didn’t take much. When the groom dipped the bride,
the ladies improvised into perfect supporting choreography!
Every wedding couple has a unique story, and I try to capture it with fun, elegant images.
This is a very special wedding for me, my brother's wedding in Maldives! I've been honored to be his photographer!! Amazing location, stunning sunset and white sand have made a unforgettable wedding!!
I wish all the best to the new family.. Alice
Perle & Baptiste's wedding on top of a mountain was all kind of amazing. We ran away during sunset to shoot amongst the summer peaks, and time stopped for a while.
This beautiful beach had an excellent scenic view. The couple was eager to go there and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the water, and I was eager to capture this intimate moment
What can I say about this photo? We only had a few minutes to do the bride and groom photos so I came across this boardwalk and just had Chris and Patrina go for a short walk to enjoy the view. I kept a really good distance so that they both could have a moment for themselves as husband and wife.... then this photo came to life!
A private beach at your wedding venue! We had to make time to head down to the water. A cornish wedding would hardly be right without a bit of sun, sand and sea. One of my favourites from a Sophie and Max's day at Polhawn Fort, Cornwall.
I got to go up to shoot this awesome elopement wedding in the middle of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Unfortunately, as the ceremony ended it started to rain so we didn't have much time to do a couple shoot before everything was ruined. I managed to get the bride and groom and all the maasai askaris (security) ,who were there to watch for wild animals, to get up on the hill before they were completely drenched. A really quick shot, but lots of fun!
I was lucky to get this shot at a wedding in Zanzibar after having very little light left at the end of the ceremony. The couple didn't want any shots on the beach which meant having to be a bit more creative, but also made things easier as we focussed the couple shoot around the jetty where the ceremony had been while all the guests were having cocktails. I got the couple to lie down the jetty while I quickly got my drone in the air and tried to hover above them in the wind!
This castle is the one closest to our home, a few weeks earlier we made about the same photo as this one. But unfortunately this didn't worked out due to a terrible rain storm came up to us. So we practiced this photo and loves how this one get out the camera.
Jess and Shawn share a kiss- vintage style! They were married in a vineyard outside of Philadelphia this Summer and have a love of all things vintage.
