This is one of my favourite autumn pictures. It was taken at the Adelaide Hills Botanic Gardens, with the most breathtaking autumn scenery. It was great to have such a fun and lovely couple, Andrea and Rob, to help us capture this gorgeous landscape portrait!
Richard and Leybra's day was beautiful yet rainy. The idea was to shoot photo's outdoor in the meadows but eventually we settled for the city hotel of Woerden in the Netherlands. A very pretty place.
Suddenly I saw these staircases with a tremendous appeal! I asked the wedding couple to give each other a big hug and before they knew it I was able to capture them in this frame. A great day it was indeed.
I had noticed this spot earlier in the day as a potential photo opportunity however the floor lights were not lit. It was only when I popped outside after Gemma and John's first dance I noticed that the lights were on. I quickly went and grabbed a flash and explained to Gemma and John of the photo opportunity I had in mind. Luckily they put there trust in me and were up for it and I'm so glad they did. They now have a large print of this in there home.
Brianna and Stanley are such a fantastic couple. They are outdoorsy and love the South Texas landscape. This image is extra special for me. My studio name is Lone Oak Studios, due to my love God's creation and the natural wonder that is all around us. Live oak trees are abundant in Texas and are a huge part of the vast Texas landscape. What better significance to share a couple's and a photographer's love for that natural beauty than to have an epic shot of that couple under a canopy of a old and uniquely beautiful live oak tree in South Texas? We had gorgeous light, a great looking couple, and an amazing setting; all the elements of a special photo.
This photo was taken at the end of the night on the very top of the historical D & F Clock Tower in Downtown Denver. Timed perfectly between the hour, Allison & Jeff were game to walk up the two flight staircase to reach the bell tower to end the night…
This winter wedding shoot was a dream of the bride Oksana since her wedding happens to be in January 2016. In the mountains in sate of Washington we found small airport with one strip covered with snow. Light fog and perfect sunset light helped us to create unique scene where the bride and groom are main characters.
Everything about this wedding day was amazing, which is perfectly expressed in this image at the end of the night. I was smiling from the second I arrived and I never stopped laughing with their incredibly lively bridal party always entertaining myself and all the guests. Truly never a dull moment. Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano was a stunning backdrop for this beautifully intimate evening.
This photo was taken at the beautiful beach on Guam during sunset. Guam has the most beautiful beach and sunset on earth. This couple was from Japan and loves the sun and beach on Guam and they would like to take some memorable photos here. I was so honored to take the photo for them.
This shot was taken in Virgin Islands. I was hired by this awesome couple and I knew I needed to deliver in a big way. I am honored and thankful that WedAward chose this Image.
It was such a unique opportunity to shoot this Shinto wedding in Fukui, Japan. Everything about the ceremony was breathtaking, but we were especially blown away by the bride and groom's traditional wedding kimono. This photo was taken during a quiet moment outside the shrine as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin, and we love the subtle smiles of anticipation on the couple's faces.
