Megan and James were married September 16th, 2017 on Nantucket. Their wedding ceremony was at St. Mary, Our Lady Of The Isle Catholic Church, and their reception was at The Nantucket Golf Club. The wedding day was nonstop smiles and amazing happy energy! When we arrived at the reception Megan had a great idea to incorporate some beautiful big white balloons into their celebration and these made for amazing additions to our portraits! As I was photographing them walking along the golf course James spontaneously hopped up in the air - at the time I didn't know this was a signature move of his! Here is the moment we captured, it's almost as if he's literally floating! Fog rolled in over the golf course making for an absolutely stunning evening on the island we all refer to as The Grey Lady.

This picture was taken in 2017 while doing an engagement session with one of my favorite couples: Sanket & Supriya. The couple has great chemistry and whilst they mingled with one another I found a spot of capturing from behind a door that had a prism effect. It somehow gave an abstract and trippy effect to that moment and I am so glad that it found its place in Wedaward's 45th Collection!
